**Agreement** By reserving our property, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by our house rules. **The property** The property is the first floor of our Single Family Home with an additional dwelling unit (ADU) on the top floor. We list the ADU on Airbnb as well. The two units are separated by the main floor unit in the middle which is our place. We live 10 minutes away and are almost never there so it is very quiet. It's important to note that the backyard, as well as the laundry/gym room, are shared spaces. **No Pet Policy** We adore animals, but due to additional cleaning costs, tight turnover schedules, and potential guest allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for understanding. **Guest Limit** This property can host up to four registered guests. Only registered guests are permitted for overnight stays. **Noise Rule** Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during this time. Late arrivals are permitted, provided our noise rules are respected. **Absolutely No Parties** A "party" refers to any social gathering for entertainment or socialization. Any gathering of four or more unregistered individuals, beyond those in the rental agreement, constitutes a party and violates our rules. Breach of this rule may result in eviction, potential fees, and a negative Airbnb review. **Parking** Guests are allocated one designated parking spot, which is the first on the left when facing the house. Please note that parking is at your own risk. Make sure to lock your car and keep valuables out of sight. **Complimentary EV Charging** EV charging is available for one vehicle owned or rented by a registered guest. The EV station operates on a first-come, first-served basis. In the rare event that two EVs require charging, we kindly ask that you disconnect and replace the cable once your vehicle is fully charged. On such occasions, we will notify you when your charging is complete. If you plan to use this service, please inform us in advance. An RFID card, essential for operating the charger, will be provided. Be aware that losing this card will result in a $50 replacement and reprogramming fee. **Child Safety** The property is deemed child-friendly when supervised by an adult. Adults are responsible for children's safety.
